I was born and raised in Southern Louisiana until the age of 12 when my mother and I relocated to Carrollton here in North Texas in 1986. Although the majority of my family is still in the heart of Cajun country; Texas won my heart as my home years ago. My three sons and I moved away from the busy city life in Plano to the much more relaxed rural lifestyle of Caddo Mills in 2002, which was by far one of the best decisions I made for my family. No longer just a number in a large population, my boys were all given the opportunity to individually flourish within a tight-knit community and we all grew to understand a deeper meaning of neighborly love.
God gifted me a servant’s heart and I have spent my life, including my career choices, seeking to help others. I pursued a fulfilling career for 20 years making a difference in the early years of children's lives while teaching preschool. In 2010, I was led to the other end of the age spectrum, when I was called to be a difference in the geriatric community; focusing my heart on our Veterans in need of home healthcare services. My eclectic resume is not limited to the ages, as I also had the opportunity of being a part of the construction crew that built the AT Home Texas Real Estate office here in Greenville. As the doors with AT Home opened, I was given the opportunity to become part of our office family and serve our property owners and tenants as AT Home's property manager. The most recent chapter has begun with me attaining my real estate license and revealing a dream I never thought possible.
My prayer is to be a part of the door opening to you and your family's dream home coming true.
